Blue Lagoon Boat Trip from Trogir & Seget Donji

The turquoise swim bay between Drvenik Veli and the Krknjaš islets

Overview

The Blue Lagoon (Plava laguna) is a shallow, brilliantly turquoise bay sheltered between the Krknjaš islets and Drvenik Veli island, about 30–40 minutes by speedboat from Trogir and Seget Donji. Its bright, sandy seabed and calm, clear water make it the most popular swimming and snorkelling stop in the Trogir area — and the highlight of SeaExplore's half-day island tour.

Where is the Blue Lagoon?

The Blue Lagoon lies around the Veli and Mali Krknjaš islets, just off the eastern tip of Drvenik Veli, in the channel west of Trogir and Šolta — roughly 5 nautical miles from Trogir's old town, about half an hour on a fast boat.

What to do there

The water is shallow, sheltered and crystal-clear, perfect for swimming and snorkelling over the sandy seabed where you'll spot fish and the occasional starfish. Bring a mask — visibility is superb on a calm, sunny day.

How SeaExplore visits it

The Blue Lagoon is the main swim stop on our small-group half-day Island Tour from Trogir, and it can headline a private charter combined with Maslinica on Šolta. Morning departures find the calmest water; afternoons are warmer and quieter than midday.
